Stayed here for 4 nights and liked our choice. The room was tidy and offered a fridge, an electric kettle, and an air conditioning. It had garden views. The location was convenient close to restaurants and the staff here was amicable.

comfy bed in double room with iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. comfortable and good location, a short way from everywhere. located 10 min walk away from heathrow terminals 2 & 3 tube station.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and included a desk, fridge, and large wardrobe. We appreciated the free refill water available at the reception.

The shower setup was strange with a dirty glass panel and shower curtain separating the bedroom from the bathroom. the bathtub wasn't properly cleaned with a half-smoked cigarette left behind.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed with crisp linens. We appreciated the free bottled water offered to us daily and the convenience of having a fridge in the room. the hotel was located in a central area which made it easy for us to explore the city.
The room we were assigned to was not at all like the pictures on the website. It had a very outdated and dreary decor which made us not want to spend any extra time there.
